Bought the binoculars to view a concert…they are very pretty but did not do the job….were advertised for concert viewing but didn’t bring the performers closer as I hoped.

I purchased these binoculars less than 1 year ago (2015,Jan) after reading many glowing reviews. the lenses are bright, easy to focus, but the rubber detailing is quite fragile: in 1 year of light use, the rubber eye pieces have come unglued, the grommets that hold the eye caps in place have torn away from the straps, and the protective caps on the ends of the binocs never stay in place. Overall: the protective details are not quality, do not protect. I have no idea how to get these replaced, or if it would make a difference. ann porotti

I ordered, but gave the wrong address. I contacted you quickly, but you said it could not be changed. The people said that they sent the package back, but I have not be reimbursed. I bought a nice pair of Vortex Binoculars which I'm very happy with, but it was the strangest process regarding shipping that I had ever seen. I was expecting UPS or some other process where I could track the package. Instead it came using US Mail. I don't remember how long it took but it was at least a week.
