Not on the level of high priced optical epuip., but good for the price

The products I ordered were in stock and shipped immediately. I received them in good condition within the acceptable time period. Unfortunately, I missed the January sale by a few hours and was not allowed to get the discount.

The high end binocs are very good. But the case is cheaply made and is too narrow. A much nicer bag should accompany a $160 pair of binocs in my view.

The binoculars are great, packaging was good. Delivery was a bit slow and tracking # was incorrect carrier - FedEx instead of DHL, so I couldn’t track package until after I phoned to inquire as to why not. I understand that I could have gotten faster shipping for a cost, but preferred not to. I think I would have been less anxious if I could have tracked the package better. Thanks.

On line descriptions good. Phone servcie great. Overall a good way to buy. Only problem is that you really need to know what you want becasue there are so many choices.
