Box fit well in my 2016 Sierra with the high transmission. Sticks out a bit at the corner one corner no big deal. Not sure why they have the "patch" on the back of the driver. I removed an altered it more a little more mounting depth. Added a single brace which was helpful and sealed the connector plate. Well worth the $ to avoid cutting that complex shape.

Part was exactly as described and worked. 3 stars because they are charging double msrp. Part is back ordered 4 months from manufacturer so you really don't have much of an option.

The item's arrived quickly. Packaging was good. But, when I asked about returning the item and exchanging it for another item, you responded like you couldn't comprehend what I was saying. The point of time in which I needed to have the item returned and to receive a new item had passed. So, I had to return the item's and order new ones from a different company. I will NOT be ordering from your company again.

AVLeaderz, which was an AC authorized and recommended distributor, and they had the amp I was looking for in stock. Placing an order was easy and the amp showed up surprisingly quick ( 2 days), well packaged and protected. My only complaint is I had ZERO interaction with AVLeaderz. I called both numbers/ stores several times, during business hours, and to multiple departments... nothing. Not even a reply to my email asking if they received my order until 3 days after I received the amp. I did not even get an email confirmation that my order was processed, received or even shipped other than a PayPal notification. I was about 2 hours away from placing a fraud claim with PayPal until it showed up at my front door. Other than that. the amp has been great. Typical install, the DSP is fairly easy to use once you watch a couple YouTube videos and powers my whole system (4 full ranges and 2 subs) with ease. 5 out of 5 for the amp, 3 out of 5 for AVLeadez. I will be happy to use you guys again and recommend y'all, if and when you get your customer service in order. This includes your online ordering.
