I tried emailing you and chatting and I even emailed pictures of the subwoofer box I purchased that came damaged but no one ever responded to my emails or chat. I thought the customer service would be good and at least all for me some kind of partial refund since a big old chunk of it was busted out of it and then on the other end there was a little chunk taken out but I took some crazy glue and RTV silicone and fixed it up the best I could. I wish I would have ordered directly from soundbox since you guys never replied to any of my messages. I would add the photos but it has been over a week and no response so I ended up deleting them figuring I was going to get no help or reimbursement.

Spent way too much time with chat messages and phone calls, but eventually got everything accomplished. Their customer service was more than willing to work out the issue details. It's all good, now.

Can't login to account! Kinda crazy!

It fits behind the seat, more depth than expected. But it doesn’t really fit well at all. I expected a much better fit. Doesn’t sit center behind the seat. Has to be shimmed up from the floor, and the passenger seat doesn’t fold up. But it works.
