Waiting for over 24 hours for a chat response. Need a phone number

I left a phone message and requested by email a call back or contact helping me find an installer in my area a week ago and have heard nothing. If someone doesn’t contact me soon with the information, I’m asking for, I will send this item back and notify the credit card company of my return and the lack of responsiveness of this company.

After purchase support is not great. There should be phone support available during business hours. Instead, there is only email support. A simple problem that would take 5-10 minutes in a phone call gets drug out to days trying to do e-mail support. If you call their support number you are asked to leave a message, no one returns the call.

Sorry I ever tried your product. Hopefully I will not get stiffed for my full purchase price. & you support team can not figure out the problem with the defective unit.
