Autoslide - Automatic Door Systems for the Home

Won't connect and support is non-responsive.

After several emails I got an email stating they my problem had been escalated. I never heard back from anyone. My issue is not resolved

I purchased a 2nd dog & am unable to pair my it to my motor. I have had no response from autoslide thou messages thru their site states they will get back to you shortly. I have also left several voice messages. I have yet to receive a response. My window has now been stuck open for 5 days.

Have called customer service 4 times over the last 2 weeks with no response. Sent 3 emails with one worthless response and 2 emails with no response.
