EXPÉDITION EXCELLENTE.

Instructions were not correct. When I contacted tech support they said to toss the included Instructions because they were outdated. There was no information on setting up the pet receiver and the pet tags. I had to do my setup by trial and error. That is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. The autoslide is a good idea but for the money give the customer all the information necessary to properly install your system.

Instructions were could be improved.

All ok now. Some delay in getting the replacement items to me. Brandon Lee has been excellent all through this saga. Very professional, very quick to respond. Thanks Brandon.

Great product. Responsiveness to trouble calls / questions could be better.
