Autoslide - Automatic Door Systems for the Home

I ordered the pet sensor with the locking feature. Set up was actually easier than I anticipated. When I got the product up, something happened to the track, causing it to get deformed. I sent an email & had it answered the next morning with replacement track shipped out that day and received it super quickly. Since repacking that, I’ve had no problems! I absolutely love the freedom for my puppy to be able to come and go as he needs to (and he loves it too! He learned so quickly!) Highly recommend!!!!

I can’t imagine what these tech support people have to go through. I’m a 61yr caregiver to my husband who was rendered a quadriplegic after a bicycle accident 6yrs ago. Needless to say I try to take care of many repairs if I can. I’ve had to call autoslide several times and I have always had great success with the help. This time when I called I really had a difficult time explaining what the problem was and actually there was more than one problem. This happens when you tend to let things “slide” for a while. Anyway I’m goofy due to sleep deprivation over the last 6 years. Brandon who was a huge help to me did have to put me on hold (to laugh it out). He was honest with me and I was laughing too. He finally figured out that my infrared motion sensors must have gone out. Having that settled, I took a video of the other problem and they got back with me about what they thought. Well I got my new sensors and I also worked really hard and fixed the other problem with the motor for now. It was a great success! It give me joy to laugh and more job to give other people laughter.

Recently purchased this unit for our pet labrador (an inside outside dog), would say this is the best investment ever, it come complete with everything you need and works great, pretty easy to install, but if you have any questions or need help (which I did) I have to say Roger from Autoslide is the best, he is very helpful and patient and explains what to do in detail, Great after sales service. No more blow flies or mozzies leaving the door partly open.

The product is fabulous. Customer service and support are second to no one. The dogs love the door and we lazy humans love not having to open and close the door for three dogs. Super job Autoslide team.

Great in all ways Except you didn’t include pairing instructions and I had to call to find out how to pair the new remote (that is not included in owners manual).
