They never returned my called when they said they will get back to me with an answer

Love the product. My wife in a wheelchair and the autoslide has changed her life dramatically. She now has the independence to get in and out of the house on her own. If I have one issue, it would be the inability to get a hold of support directly. You have to leave a message and hope they call you back in a reasonable time. When someone does call back, they are very friendly and helpfully.

Works great

The ordering took a bit to figure out since some of the bundles were not available and no news on when they would be available. I ended up ordering the parts separately. When they started to show up, each one came by a different shipping method, one of them was the wrong color. After some time trying to call and waiting for email responses I finally got to chat with someone who helped straighten things out. The installation videos were very helpful and the Autoslide was installed correctly the first time. The videos need to be updated to include all the variations of the control module as they are marked and function differently. It would ne ice if there was a bit more control on the inputs and/or ways to make routines for the door control. Overall a great product and very helpful.
