Autoslide - Automatic Door Systems for the Home

The product is fabulous. Customer service and support are second to no one. The dogs love the door and we lazy humans love not having to open and close the door for three dogs. Super job Autoslide team.

Technical Assistance was not provided even though I left 3 messages on after pressing 2. Wired Control buttons from door are too small for a person with any limited dexterity from operating. Door runs smooth and quiet. Person whose name I forget who built the unit before sending it did a fantastic job! Thank you.

Great in all ways Except you didn’t include pairing instructions and I had to call to find out how to pair the new remote (that is not included in owners manual).

They never returned my called when they said they will get back to me with an answer

Love the product. My wife in a wheelchair and the autoslide has changed her life dramatically. She now has the independence to get in and out of the house on her own. If I have one issue, it would be the inability to get a hold of support directly. You have to leave a message and hope they call you back in a reasonable time. When someone does call back, they are very friendly and helpfully.
