Outstanding product and customer service!

I'm happy. Support via chat (Brandon) was excellent. I am still waiting somewhat patiently for my Y cable order.

I can't rave enough about the Autoslide Pet System. It's given both my dog & I a reprieve from me having to go to the door umpteen times a day to let her out & back in! She even learned to press her nose to the plate that I use -- guess she's just too smart for her own good. I hadn't realized that the battery on her collar tag had run out of "juice" until I saw her opening the door on her own.

We love it it. It works awesome. Makes out door living and dinning so much more enjoyable.
