The ultimate doggie door

CONS: 1. Paid for 3 day shipping, got it two weeks later (shipping took 5 days). 2. You cannot reach customer service - tried for 2 weeks via phone, email, and chat - NOTHING! PROS: Everything else! LOVE LOVE LOVE the product after a week of use. Purchased the Autoslide with pet mats for our 3 dogs - from mini Aussie (25 pounds) to Newfoundland (130+ pounds) - it works great! Took a minute to realize that you had to flip a switch inside the mat transmitters to only open to the "pet width" though. The dogs didn't really even need to be trained, they just walk up to the door. We are still working on adjusting where the mats sit, so it activates every time for the smaller dogs. We are finding 8+ inches away from the door is working best, so they don't stop short. Installation booklet was overwhelming and intimidating - it also comes with a DVD for installation, but we don't have a DVD player... We found a couple YouTube videos instead. It is actually rather easy to install, but should come with a big QR code instead of booklet to take you to online videos. Also, they could use some more videos for the different options (i.e. pet mats vs motion sensor). Overall, I would absolutely buy this again - even if I didn't have dogs!
