Please let me know how to return item

I would like to return it for full refund. Not happy at all

I bought this for my dad and he is not happy at all. I will b contacting ur company 4 my money back. He is so disappointed and the numbers r too small for his fingers

Not happy with this phone as mum can't text can't put new contacts on the phone as the typing does not work. Also the charger doesn't work either. I got this phone for my 73 year old mum and it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. So we are not happy with this phone.
