I ordered two phones received one couldn’t ring anyone to query the MIA of the second phone finally received a email send back a question regarding the second phone still waiting for a reply or a phone call - seriously the worst communication

Phone doesn’t charge. Charging dock didn’t work so charged it directly from the charger initially. It worked for a couple of hours and now it doesn’t work Or charge again. Had phone since 18/2/22. Very disappointed. Bought it for elderly parent and have had nothing but trouble from it.

Not happy - the phone I ordered and paid for on their website was not available - so I was offered an inferior phone which took over a week to arrive. I won't be buying from Big Buttons again...!
