Still don’t have the phone I ordered

You haven’t supplied a phone yet. Still waiting after 2 weeks. And you can’t supply blue so I am waiting on the black version

Terrible reception. Phone continually cuts out. First one supplied, camera did not work. Was replaced with a new one. The reception from both phones is terrible. Continually cuts out and cannot have a conversation. If I could get my money back I would. A very costly phone which is useless.

Can't review something that hasn't arrived. First phone lost on the post. Second one you forgot to post. $70 difference in price still not received. Tracking number not working. I would like a refund of the total cost and I will buy somewhere more reliable. One star review

not a good phone. having trouble opening to answer, confusing to use. the volume isnt very loud certainly not good for the elderly
