Item is faulty so far. Will not recognise any sim card. Not really happy with the overall build quality. Looking for a replacement or refund.

Very poor customer relations. Deceptive product description. Extremely disappointing.

Purchased phone after research. On delivery it is a 3G phone only. Nothing in advertising indicates this. Extremely deceptive. Refund process was a nightmare of poor responses, indicating to ring a phone number which was not enabled due to 'volume of calls', eventually received refund. Extremely disappointing considering it is a communication company.

I have yet to receive my parcel.
