Big Buttons AU (Magento)

I receive calls and messages...However, when answering the person can't hear me because of the 'horrific crackle noises. Compared to my previous phone 'Aspera' it's a nightmare. Roger Robertson My new phone 'OPEL' and phone number is now 0452 598 525.

Phone still not delivered.

I am still waiting on delivery. The package is stuck with Australia Post in Sydney with no delivery date being given!

The phone has barely been used and has completely died

Unfortunately my elderly mother has found this phone difficult to manage. When talking on the phone the sound keeps coming in & out.....words are broken up & hard to understand. Difficult to find a customer service phone number to get advice
