Hi , I will be returning the phone as it is not suitable for my elderly father.

For today’s technology the screen is TERRIBLE I haven’t seen a screen that bad this decade on any device.

Too expensive. Its no different from other push button phones. Bought it for someone with parkinsons disease. Telsta is canceling 3h in 3 yrs.

Not at all user friendly and there are much better mobiles available that are much cheaper

It came with a charger that didn't fit Australian power supply. This was replaced but the cradle then didn't work. They said they would replace the cradle but sent another charger cable instead. Hopeless. The phone itself seems ok but the manual doesn't appear to match it.
