Big Buttons AU (Magento)

I need to return this phone as the base won’t always charge and my Mum is finding the buttons on the side really hard on her fingers. Can I please return this and get a refund?

Turned out to be a cheap and crappy phone I guess you get what you pay for

The phone is too small. Texting is difficult due to the need to press the number button several times to get one letter. This was the old original way of texting, It's great if you just use it for receiving and making calls.

Waste of money
