I needed to change over phones and retain the existing Telstra phone number, but this phone does not even recognise the SIM card when inserted. Disappointed.

Cleverly marketed to elderly for hearing & vision impaired. Letter on screen when doing text message are tiny. Manual is very basic & not very informative so needs previous knowledge of mobile phones to work it out. Really no better than cheap Telstra phone & 4 times the price

Very limited description available pre-purchase, and the received product was well short of expectations - particularly at that price! We were somewhat disappointed to tell the truth.

Not good for my Mum with macular degeneration. We have returned it .
