Pretty funny since you’re a communication company - haven’t received the pink phone sent a email stating I wanted the pink phone and what was the eta of the new stock

Doesn’t sir in charger probably so it’s not not charging

Paid extra for express delivery and didn’t receive in time. Also, mobile did not appear brand new, looked as it it had been repacked into box. Dispappointing

Unfortunately the phone was faulty but customer service was excellent and a refund was given immediately

I’m sorry but the phone is to complicated for my elderly father and I have returned it.
