Big Buttons AU (Magento)

This phone suffers from the same flaws all "seniors" phones have that I've tried. Big buttons great. Teeny tiny screen, mediocre interface, gen 1 sized sim card slot requiring an adaptor for most recent sim sizes . abysmal and tiny printed user manual. Good luck seniors trying to set this up on your own shipped with a us power plug that means you need to plug in the supplied piggyback adaptor (yes not even a clip on or off universal adaptor) which means its protruding far out from the powerpoint making it easy to fall or get knocked out. at least its easy to simply replace this with a "normal" usb power to mini A plug

We bought this phone for my mother who is in her 80's. It is not all that intuitive to use but the biggest issue is that we are not able to make it ring for longer as Mum takes a bit of time to pick up her phone.

Phone arrived stating 3G only. No good when Telstra Australia is closing down its 3G network!

had phone set up by Telstra. New Simcard previous prepaid telephone number. Charged battery and checked switch on and off. Received two SMS. Took phone with me where I wanted to phone. MOBILE switches on and immediately closes down. Still have not been able make first call
