cord to hand piece is to short should be 30 cm longer otherwise fine

A good basic phone but the instruction manual is so poor that we downloaded instructions from another phone. Not good for elderly without instructions!

The instructions included are poor and anybody unfamiliar with mobiles would be seriously disadvantaged. The bell tone is very loud and I have not determined how to reduce it. Otherwise it has been relatively easy for basic functions like calling and receiving calls sending and receiving texts. .

The big buttons on the phone are excellent - so phoning is a breeze for older, arthritic fingers. However, after that things become more problematic. The sms function is more complicated than on a smart phone, for example, and the screen is quite hard to read. As well, the highlighted function goes dark making this even harder to see. My mother, who for years competently used her Sony Erikson flip mobile for phoning and texting has been quite thrown by some of the processes on this phone. So...great as a phone but problematic for texting for thr elderly. Five stars though for Niche Living (the retailer) for excellent on-line support.

as it is a basic phone it meets my needs.
