not as good as i expected my dad who has never owned a mobile before is still having a lot of trouble with phone not as loud a ring tone as expected and ot as simple to use as i thought but overall ok for the money thanks

The purchase transaction was fine. The phone itself is clunky and not easy to use for an older person. The instructions manual also doesn’t explain enough - eg: inserting the SOS numbers

It’s a bit clunky to use. Especially when trying to navigate the menu and when putting in the contacts.

Sms, texting is difficult to use small letters on screen. Reading and writing SMS very difficult

The phone does not hold charge.
