Keeps turning itself off, Saying: Insert sim card which is already in phone. May be returned.

A very basic little phone but quite suitable for my technologically challenged 90 year old mother. It’s her first mobile phone. She is still getting used to turning it off and on & calling & answering phone calls. Anything else yet is still too challenging. The buttons are big enough, the sound is loud enough. Texting tho’ is just going to be too challenging.

I got the phone in 5 days.

I bought the phone for my 91 year mother. I understand the sim card is unlocked which is good but I don't understand why the keypad is locked adding another frustration to using the phone. Paul Mangan.

It's ok my dad not really managing the phone.
