Big Buttons AU (Magento)

Very hard to set up for speed dial

Phone is ok. Set up instructions are not clear and it wasnt easy. Lock on side of phones wont stay "unlocked" keep getting message to unlock, very annoying. Battery life not very long - constantly charging. Advertising said that it took large and small SIM card, it only takes large card, so had to go and purchase another. Big buttons are OK

Quick service

The mobile is ok except it is only 3G - nowhere did it say it was only 3G I am very disappointed and would appreciate if your advertising would acknowledge it was only 3G

Good web platform, but I prefer a phone contact as well
