Big Buttons AU (Magento)

This phone was for my elderly mother who is visually impaired. As a phone it was going to be ok but being able to send and receive text messages it was a complete fail. It was confusing to navigate and letters were way too small to read. I was extremely disappointed.

I received an email stating the blue phones were out of stock and would be sent in 2 weeks.

Service was good, shipping was very fast unfortunately the product lets you down. Great concept but awful to use.

The phone itself is ok but when you ring out the person at the other end can't hear you and you drop in and out.

The numbers on the keypad are large enough for my elderly father to read, as per the name, so that's great. But trying to type out letters for a message is impossible because the letters are TINY. Smaller than a normal phone. Which means he is restricted to calling and cannot use the texting facility. A bit inconsistent with the larger numbers as advertised, and the reason we bought this phone for him. Very disappointing, and a bit hard to understand this inconsistency in a phone obviously intended for the elderly.
