This was bought as a spare for my elderly mum as a spare phone when she loses her landline. Hasn't been used as yet.

I purchased this item but the SIM was not compatible.

I didn't realise when I purchased this phone it was 3G (which ends in June 2024 in Australia). It's not mentioned anywhere in their marketing (conveniently), and you can purchase a much cheaper phone ($97) which has 4G and the same features (if not more) than this one. So why pay so much more???

I paid for express but it took a week to come
