as good as I expected

I purchased this phone for my 96 year old father, it’s too soon at this time to review his use of the phone.

Wrong remote advertised , problem sorted

Father is still getting used to functionality, finding it difficult to differentiate option button with connect/disconnect on either side as they’re joined. Visually it’d be easier if all buttons were separated. Would have loved if it had hole to attach land yard. Piece of mind if it’s on him 24/7. Other functions, like emergency button, are great.
