Slow to respond to emails, product cost too high for what they are, customer service is lacking and rude. Referenced emails I never got when I had to recontact them about never giving me an RMA link.

Doesn't charge.
Received the Strap 3 as a Christmas gift. Doesn't charge. Followed the instructions to do a factory reset and still doesn't charge. So disappointed. No live technical support available.
