Poor quality product. Cookie cutter customer service that gives a response or only giving predetermined advice and responses. After 5 days of back and forth ( website does not allow for Canadian returns) had to look up elsewhere for other contact info. After 12 dollars amd 30 minutes on a call to an answering service in which they claimed thwy had no contact other than email with woojer. It was only after mentioning legal action for fraudulent product return claims did I receive a return authorization. So after 5 days of emails, two hours of my time, long distance phone charges and return shipping (tracking and imsurance) all at my expense did i get a promise of a refund. So in the end its cost me $52.00 cdn to return a product that did not meet any preformance claims stated on the website. Woojer? More like whoopsie!! I would not advise dealing with this company

Device does not connect to Xbox controller.

No online chat capabilities for a gaming vest is pointless who plays cod or any games online without chatting the strap is terrible and would not connect to my phone half the time it was also very weak the vest was great but also would not connect to my phone and offered no chat on my Xbox so I could not talk to my friends for the price tag you need better Bluetooth technology when my 15 dollar Bluetooth connect everytime no issues I could not even find woojer on any of my Bluetooth searches woojer is trash and needs to up there game for the money I think the strap is worth $40 tops and the vest $150 more than that it's a complete ripoff this is no gaming vest it's just a haptic vest

New out of the box, charged for 2 hours and the Bluetooth pairing doesn’t work. Following instructions to turn off and on and hold power button per instructions and the red/blue paring lights never come on to pair with phone. If you can’t pair it with anything it’s useless and a very disappointing experience for my daughters Christmas present. No support number can be found anywhere so sent an email to support address. Received an automated response that the ticket was made and I’d hear from someone in a couple of days. This review email is all that I’ve received so far. Given the price of this product this has been a very poor experience.
