Plus shipping takes forever

Terrible

I bought the strap 3 for my boyfriend and we both tried it out. It's really weak even fully charged and couldn't handle some of the songs my boyfriend tried to play. I requested to return the device and even though it has a 30 day return policy they are taking forever to accept my request. Like they are purposely trying toake sure I can't return it.

They don't work :(. Need a $1300 refund!
