I paid for this about a fortnight ago? I think somewhere in the region of £60 extra just for delivery, which is pretty unreasonable. Especially when it’s not even fast delivery! It wasn’t made clear that shipping would not happen for another week, and then when it did eventually ship it’s sat two hours drive from my house for the last three days. Support response? Sarcasm isn’t going to improve my mood! In fact this is already highly likely to be going back where it came from because from my experience so far this is an overpriced con. Better hope the product is actually decent, I’m no longer holding my breath on that one. You’re charging seriously premium money, and giving really poor results so far, so Im now expecting the same of the product when it eventually gets here.

Straight out of the box, it doesn't work. Filed a ticket 24 hours ago and no response. Huge hassle. Big disappointment.

If in the UK, they use Royal Mail. The item never turned up, they need to change shipping company, Royal Mail are a joke and certainly not Royal anymore.

I couldn’t wait to receive my Woojer Strap in the mail. When I finally got it, I was not impressed at all. Maybe if the price was lower, I would think it was worth the money….in my opinion, it wasn’t worth the high purchase price. I feel stupid for making the purchase before trying it out for myself. It was a lesson learned.

I keep getting review emails ... I ordered back in December of 2022 hoping for a Christmas present. It is now Monday, February 27, 2023 and I haven't received either the belt or the jacket yet. I've spent over $600 and nothing to show for Christmas, Valentines Day, or a birthday present. It says it's being shipped now but I won't believe a word until it comes. I would not recommend anyone buying this online. Advertisements have come out promising customers to win something when some of us haven't even received order placed back in December !! I would not order from you again unless I am "100 percent guaranteed" for arrival date.
