I bought this for my daughter for XMas and didn't receive it till 2 weeks ago. We charged it for 3 days and still didn't charge 100%. Then my daughter went to use it and it needed an update. She tried updating 3 days ago and it still hasn't updated. I am very disappointed and wish I would have bought her something else instead.

Produit commandé début décembre pour offrir à noël. On m’envoie un mail comme quoi mon produit n'arrivera que début janvier. Puis début janvier, un autre mail pour me dire fin janvier. Et début février, toujours rien....Si ce n'est un dernier mail pour me dire que ma commande sera livrée à la fin du mois. Je l'ai donc reçu début mars.... Pour un cadeau de noël, ce n'est pas top... Certes j'ai eu des excuses, mais aucun geste commercial par rapport à ce retard de + de 2 mois

I have a defective product and no one is helping out. Vest 3 only worked once. I followed the charging directions and it only last 3 hours the 1!!! time I used it. I've sent emails with no response.
