Didn’t work no connection

Ordered and paid for my strap with the promised of it being shipped by the end of the month which I was ok with, except for the paying up front. I think I should have been charged whenever it was shipped like most other companies do. They then pushed the shipping date back another month just before the initial deadline was approaching, then it was pushed back again. And again. And again. Each time with another lie being told to me about when it should be shipped and time after time they kept on letting me down, eventually they stopped even responding to my emails and acknowledging the fact that they couldn't do what they said they would. It finally shipped, but at a standard rate. They couldn't even be bothered to overnight my product after months of it being delayed. I asked for compensation in the form of a promo gift, a discount off of my total bill which they had charged me months ago, Maybe an extra do-dad or what-not. Anything! To show that they were sorry for being untrust worthy and stringing me along with lies for so long but nothing! I received nothing at all. Not even an apologetic email. It's not good enough. To make things worse after getting the product I have been extremely disappointed with its quality and overall functionality. The App is garbage and couldn't even connect to the thing after repeatedly trying again and again. I eventually gave up and the thing is in my desk not being used. I would not recommend dealing with this company or purchasing this product. Nothing but a let down from something I was initially very excited about.
