Haven't got my money back from the return it's a scam

Ordered it for a gift order was 4 months late and cannot get it to sync to app 300$ light up paper weight

I purchased this item in early January. I didn’t receive it until last week with no updates on anything about my purchase. Then when I received the Woojer strap 3. It was/is complicated to connect. I have all apple products and android also but preferably I tend to use apple the most. I’m still trying to figure this contraption out. I’m to upset to even try and call customer service or to even return it because of the hassle I had trying to get it from the beginning.

I keep trying to return my product and im getting no reply.
