Absolutely horrible from customer service to ordering to the the product complete waist of my time and money do not recommend to anyone

Cannot use longer than 10-20 minutes because the back plate overheats. Thinking of returning really dissapointed for the price tag well over 500 dollars you wouldn’t expect and issue like this.

I've attempted three times to contact you and no one has replied. Next stop credit card company and BBB.

Took forever to return, product was stuck on blinking red for 48 hours while charging. No customer service number to ask questions. Horrible experience

Well it took several months to get here so right out of the bag it was a waist of my time after I did receive it with zero insight from the customer service department on where it was then the cheap carrier you selected it was late from them and a no call no show after four days of it being late and with no response from u and no response from them it just showed up outside and then after I got it it would not turn on at all even after charging and multiple attempts I just threw it in the trash where it belongs I would rather literally eat the several hundred dollars for the product than even deal with your return policy your product and service is completely garbage if I could give negative stars believe me it would be done
