The product seems okay wouldn’t say it was the best thing I’ve ever used put it in the bag went to zip it up the zip come off in my hand so a bit cheap on the bag so hopefully they’ll read this and get back to me

There was no disclaimer when purchasing about not using with a pacemaker. Disappointed I returned it right away and I am still waiting for my refund.

I went on vacation the day my vest arived,but when I got home I was excited to use it. Charge it to full battery and used the vest a few times a day went to charge it and now won't charge and the company making me record roof my vest doesn't work , I just wanna cash in on my Warranty and get a new vest

It took 3 months for delivery. My third contact was when it was finally delivered. Love the product, but the service is lacking
