Product is lackluster, support was similar. Overall just not worth the investment

Woojer Vest 3's design looks perfect. But it doesn't wrap the body well, and I can't feel the bass well as Woojer Vest 1. I tried to explain this to your support team. But they don't reply to me. I solved the design problem by myself. I feel the bass well with my solution at the moment. But I just wanted to let you know. I'm one of your product fans. If you won't update the design, sorry, but you can't grow your business. :(

Shipping took 3 months 😒.
