The expense of Woojer products is so great that they should be sent with a signature required. The store itself is very good because Woojer products are absolutely fantastic….

Customer service cpuld be better. Less AI assistance and emails. A real phone support line would be better. Took 3 days to get the proper response to something I discovered on my own in less than hour

I think it’s too complicated to use. I want to just have it Bluetooth to my iPhone and work, but it doesn’t.

Only trembling loud noise. Not worth the cost
