I really wanted to like Woojer, but several design and compatibility issues made it impractical for me. First, I bought it expecting to use it with my AirPods, only to find out that I couldn’t. I had to buy a separate wired headset with a standard headphone jack just to use the product. Even then, the physical design created more problems. When wearing the Woojer around my waist, the headphone plug/jack would poke into me whenever I bent over or sat down. Besides being uncomfortable, it puts pressure on the headphone connection and seems likely to eventually damage the earphones. The placement of the power button was also frustrating. Because it sits on top of the device, I would constantly press it accidentally when grabbing the Woojer, bending over, adjusting it, or sitting down. I also found the strap too short, the unit became uncomfortably warm, and the battery life wasn’t what I expected. The concept is interesting, but for a product at this price point, these usability and compatibility limitations were too significant for me. I ultimately decided to return it. — Unfortunately, the return process has been frustrating too. I’ve started the return process but, so far, haven’t gotten anywhere with it. It also appears that I may be responsible for the return shipping, which is especially disappointing for a product I’m returning because of these usability and compatibility issues. If Woojer resolves the return differently, I’ll update this review accordingly.

I purchased the pillow because it matches that Woojer Mat, but it’s rather hard, and smells really bad. When I first opened it, I had to put it outdoors—it had a very chemical tar-like odor. Even after a week, it still has an odor!

I was excited to try the mat but it just did not meet my expectations. So I sent it back after the first try.

Very underwhelming for how it’s sold and marketed. Wanted to love it but was very disappointed. Sorry to say. Maybe it’s just not for me, wish you all the best with this tho, I respect trying something new.

I have not noticed in significant changes or benefits. All hype at this point is all I can tell. Most likely will be returning after a full 2 week trial.
