I love the concept, but the vest is not responsive the way you'd think and expect. And the app is not ready at all since it is not working properly, yet you are told in order to get a better experience you need to update the firmware through the app! It's not like this was a cheap purchase. I definitely expected more.

Its absolutely amazing and so fun to use. By far one of my most favorite items I've owned but it won't charge rn and idk why. Please help.

For the $500+ price tag, the heat from the battery is right on your back, even with the liner ($30+) it goes through. Considering how much more comfortable the older version is this new v3 one feels cheap.
