As promised easrlier, there was a month's delay in the shipment in mid-November. But I am not very much concerned as there was advance communication on the situation and level set the expectations.

As for now it only supports stereo haptics (woojer defines this as multi channel, a bit misleading even if its technically true) and its a bit slow to respond. I have to delay my speakers a bit to match up when producing and that's bad for live playing. same for gaming.

It would be convenient to speak to a tech rather than asking questions online and waiting two days to get response. Hope you get that service soon!!

I appreciate the work getting these shipped directly from the manufacturer; DHL tracking did fall off when parcels arrived stateside 'handed off to third party' lacking definitive information as the estimated delivery window approached. delivery was attempted on our parcel on the 15th, however no one was available to sign. not a big issue, but it was a hangup.
