Excellent customer care, very attentive and they are there to serve the customer. My A139Pro camera had problems, so technical support helped me perform several tests and a firmware update, during which we detected that the front camera was defective. I sent the defective front camera and am waiting for a replacement.

The quality of the product is top notch and customer service was amazing. I will not hesitate to purchase from this company in the future.
