got the a229 plus front+rear. the dashcam kept shutting down on me and customer support was able to replace it under warranty. the camera itself is great, only thing i want is faster video download speeds

I had a problem with my rear camera for my A129 dual cam. My son had an issue with his as well. Even though you can not order rear replacement cameras for that model, the VIOFO customer service team was extremely helpful in ensuring that both my son and I received replacement cameras that work. I previously owned a Drone mobile camera system and not only are their products terrible, their customer service is just as bad. I will only purchase VIOFO products going forward!

Ive contacted viofos customer support a few times now and the experience has been great. I just submitted a little product suggestion to their team and they went out of their way to help me more than could be expected. No complaints about the products either.
