I already installed the dash cam which has many of the top reviews. While parking at a store, someone tapped my bumper and left a paint streak. Viofo suggested their wiring kit that powers the cameras and senses motion/impact. The first kit didn't work and after talking through installation with support staff, they sent me a free replacement. It works great and the support was prompt and accurate.

I requested an exchange for the wrong camera cable; Josie facilitated the return and shipment of the correct unit. I confirmed receipt and successful testing of the A129 Duo rear camera cable, resolving the ticket. Service was prompt and reasonable along the entire process.

It's better than the first one that I bought.
