I ordered the record in April for the release in May and received the Album in late June. I am a huge fan of Harry Styles and was anticipating the release. I called when I did not receive the album and the rep said that they do not deliver that they have in store pick up only? I was very confused and concerned, I called back and talked to another Rep who was able to send me the album and make corrections.

apparently release date of 12.10/2019 was pushed back about two months. Put a damper on my Christmas gift list.

I ordered two records, with one specifically being the reason for the purchase. After a couple of months of not receiving anything, I called and was told that there was a problem with that one record and for some reason they couldn't fill my order. Overall, they were not helpful.

I purchased Taylor Swift Midnights vinyl on presale. I expected it to be here before the release date. Had i known that it wouldn't had been here by the release date i never would have purchased from you. The whole reason I pre ordered was to be one of the first people to have it. I could have gone out to Target on the release date and bought it, if I knew I wasn't going to receive it before then. Or i would have bought it from Taylor's own website like before and gotten it a day or two early. I will not be purchasing from you again. Thank you for finally getting it to me.
