Packaging came damaged, no follow-up despite multiple eMails and pictures.

I purchased the RSD 2022 pressing of Art Pepper Meets the Rhythm Section. I was extremely disappointed to see that there were significant dents at three of the corners of this limited release. There was no damage to the cardboard mailer it was shipped in--the damage obviously occurred before it was shipped to me. I emailed them on May 2 and provided pictures of the damage as soon as I opened the mailer. No response was received. This is a bad store and their customer service reflects that. 0/5 stars

I ordered a record in November as a gift for the holidays. It literally arrived in May. At least it came?

If I had more time and energy, I’d report the company to the better business bureau.
