Packaged well. Delivered safely. Prices were good. Delivery time was a bit long. Took a little while before it even left the store for most recent shipment. Maybe an update if there is a delay in the future so not left guessing if there is an issue. I'm patient, so overall it was a pretty nice experience. Will be shopping with again.

Waited several months for my LRS+ speakers, only to be told these were at the store being "tested." I should have been contacted the minute these arrived and given the option of inspection, which I don't feel was necessary. I paid for new not preinspected merchandise.

In today’s environment and economy, I've been spoiled with pre-orders arriving on the date of release. Not this album. 16 days after release it arrived. Even when the system finally updated and said it had been shipped, USPS showed a shipping label printed. It was an additional 3 days before it actually was "received". Album arrived pristine, despite improper bumpers (old, flimsy, discarded album covers are very unprofessional). Thinking I had been scammed, I ordered a 2nd copy on day 7 from Discogs that arrived 3 days sooner than my pre-order. Never again. Sorry. You can do better. I am also a seller. I always ship same day or next business day and have never had a shipment take longer than 5 days. 16 is ridiculous. And I pay the extra .20c for 2 stiff cardboard bumpers. I don't even pretend to be professional, but along with my logo stamp and 5mm protective sleeves, my pagages are far superior to this. 3 stars because at least I eventually received it in good condition.
