Pésima gestión de inicio a fin

I can't rate the quality of services and products because I haven't received wine coolers at the moment. The latest information from the transport company was posted on their website on 09/08/2022.

The worst service I have ever seen. The wine fridge I ordered and was supposedly to be delivered in 48 h (max 72h) was never delivered. I stayed home 48 h for the promised delivery and tried to contact vinetoca.es and the transport company but was unable to get a response.

Aún no ha llegado mi pedido. No puedo opinar salvo que no ha llegado en los plazos indicados. Tampoco tengo información sobre el envío.
