Too long to ship and shipment was slow in arriving.

This is my 3rd VS monitor, my first one I bought June 2009 and it is still in daily use. This new one is giving me problems using the controls and it is being replaced with another that hopefully will be sent today.

Website doesn't work. I can't register the product and I cant download user guide.

took over a week to receive a product and I paid $90 for expedited shipping

Please refer to ticket 483963. I believe that ViewSonic is telling me falsehoods (lies) to avoid any type of rebate. When I confronted you about this lie, I have been ghosted. This was my first ViewSonic purchase and it will be my last based on this 10 days of runarounds and suggestions that I would be getting a refund only to tell me nothing would be done.
