You’ve lost a new customer. Horrible experience.
Please refer to ticket 483963. I believe that ViewSonic is telling me falsehoods (lies) to avoid any type of rebate. When I confronted you about this lie, I have been ghosted. This was my first ViewSonic purchase and it will be my last based on this 10 days of runarounds and suggestions that I would be getting a refund only to tell me nothing would be done.
