This is my 3rd VS

This is my 3rd VS monitor, my first one I bought June 2009 and it is still in daily use. This new one is giving me problems using the controls and it is being replaced with another that hopefully will be sent today.

You’ve lost a new customer. Horrible experience.

Please refer to ticket 483963. I believe that ViewSonic is telling me falsehoods (lies) to avoid any type of rebate. When I confronted you about this lie, I have been ghosted. This was my first ViewSonic purchase and it will be my last based on this 10 days of runarounds and suggestions that I would be getting a refund only to tell me nothing would be done.

Two weeks since the order

Two weeks since the order and haven’t even received shipping notification. I know my credit card has been charged. Is this even legal? This is the first time I’m buying from Viewsonic and needless to say, I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Failed.

It worked for about a minute. After that absolutely nothing. I tried different USB-C cords and different MacBook USB-C outputs
